8-Week Mini Leadership Course
The Chosen by God Mini Leadership Course is a transformative 8-week virtual leadership experience hosted by Franklin and Carlena Smith, founders of the U.N.I.T.E. Education Foundation, Inc. This faith-centered course is designed to empower individuals to discover their God-given purpose, strengthen their leadership abilities, and create lasting impact in their homes, communities, ministries, and careers.
Inspired by John 15:16, “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, fruit that will last,” this course encourages participants to embrace their divine calling while developing practical leadership skills rooted in biblical principles.
Each 30-minute weekly power session combines scripture-based teaching, real-life application, leadership development, and meaningful discussion in an engaging and encouraging virtual environment. Participants will be challenged to grow spiritually, lead intentionally, and walk confidently in the purpose God has assigned to their lives.
